Purchasing Services

1. I understand my credit card will be charged for the services selected immediately upon receipt of my access passwords. Thereafter, my credit card will be charged in advance of services provided.
2. I understand that by typing my name, it will be used as my digital signature that is binding for Rate Confirmations.  I agree to accept another users typed name as a binding digital signature.
3. Subscription price will be from the date of signup and will renew on that date every following month.
4. Subscriptions shall automatically renew unless terminated in writing upon 30 days advance notice. Easy Load Board, LLC may cancel any or all services without notice if Subscriber is in violation of any term or conditions of this agreement. Cancellation of service will be effective 30 days after receipt of the written notice of cancellation. Payment is due while service is active even if not used.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Easy Load Board, LLC does not guarantee the credibility of any contact made, nor any contracts or agreements entered into, either written, verbal or digitally generated, between any parties as a result of this information service. Easy Load Board, LLC reserves the right to deny or cancel service to anyone at its sole discretion and to cancel service if complaints are received.

 

Accounts, Security, Passwords

You may register to utilize this Site by completing the specified registration process and providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by the online registration form. It is your responsibility to maintain the currency, completeness and accuracy of your registration data, and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to choose a security question. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your security question and your account. In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under this Agreement and any Additional Terms, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Additionally, Easy Load Board, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to this Site.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time. A 30 day written notice is required. If you cancel, your service will continue for the remainder of the payment cycle. No refund or credit will be issued. You may re-activate to active customer status at any time.
